With the Greiner Professional Program – ERP (GPP – ERP), Greiner offers both internal and external individuals the unique opportunity to develop professionally into a sought-after expert role. Career changers can build on previous expertise and acquire additional skills.
The program takes participants step by step into the position of consultant for SAP® SE products. In the process, trainees build up a strong network within the Group. After completing the trainee program, they can thus optimally apply their know-how within Greiner Group.
- Program start: September
- Program duration: in line with individual prior knowledge and experience, the program lasts at least one year
- In the program, at least two stations are completed in different divisions (Greiner Bio-One, Greiner Packaging, NEVEON)
- Professional training in individual classroom training sessions as well as online in the SAP® Learning Hub
- Additional training via the Greiner Academy is possible (e.g. project management, change management, communication, ITIL Foundation…)
- Specialization in one or more modules
- Active participation in ongoing projects
- Learn from functional managers and SAP® application consultants
- Fixed mentors are available within Greiner AG and the stations
- Training time = working time
- ptional: part-time (from 30 hours per week)
- Unlimited job appointment – already during the program
- Home office is possible
Prerequisites
You are
– A university or HTL/HAK graduate with first professional experience –
– A current key user (in ERP systems) –
– A long-term SAP SE® product user –
– An internal or external career changer with a high level of process understanding of business management procedures –
In addition you possess
– A high degree of IT affinity –
– A good understanding of company processes –
– At a minimum, basic business knowledge –
– Excellent skills in German –
– Verbal and written English skills (minimum Level B1) –
– Analytical and conceptual capabilities –
– A basic understanding of ERP systems –
– Receptiveness for the new –
– Communication strengths –
– Hihg self-motivation and commitment –
– Team spirit, flexibility, resilience –
