Contents and Prerequisites

With its Greiner Professional Program – ERP (GPP – ERP), Greiner offers both internal and external personnel a singular opportunity to develop within an expert role, which is much in demand. Career changers can build on their previous specialist know-how and acquire additional capabilities.

The program gradually leads the participants towards the position of in-house consultants for SAP SE® applications, who having successfully completed the course will be employed in the various business divisions.

  • Program start: mid-September (entry possible at any time)
  • Program duration: in line with individual prior knowledge and experience, the program lasts from several months up two four years
  • The program is divided up amongst the various divisions on an internship basis (approx. 4 months/internship)
  • Stations will exist in all of Greiner’s divisions (Greiner Bio One, Greiner Packaging, NEVEON, Greiner Extrusion) and the heaquarters, Greiner AG
  • Specialist training in the learning hub and individual presence coaching
  • internal and external trainings for the SAP® SE products
  • Learn fromprocess ownersandapplication consultants
  • Specializationin individual modules is possible
  • Active participation in ongoing projects is permitted
  • Study for project management qualifications is included
  • Fixed mentors are available within Greiner AG and the stations
  • An extensive range of additional training possibilities is provided by the Greiner Academy in the fields of Business Basics, Business Advanced and General Management
  • Part-time training is possible in the start-up phase
  • Optional: part-time (from 30 hours per week)
  • Unlimited job appointment – already during the program



You are

– A university or HTL/HAK graduate –

– A current key user (in ERP systems) –

– A long-term SAP SE® product user –

– An internal or external career changer –


In addition you possess

– A high degree of IT affinity –

– A good understanding of company processes –

– At a minimum, basic business knowledge –

– Excellent skills in German –

– Verbal and written English skills (minimum Level B1) –

– Analytical and conceptual capabilities –

– A basic understanding of ERP systems –
